🧒 Play Rules
• Only children under 148 cm (4’10”) may play
• Playtime limited to 60 minutes per session
• Socks must be worn at all times; shoes removed before entry
• No jewellery, sharp objects, or ropes allowed
👨👩👧 Supervision & Safety
• All children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+)
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children
• Report any accidents or damaged equipment to staff immediately
• Sick children must not attend within 48 hours of illness
🍕 Food & Hygiene
• No outside food or drinks allowed (except baby food)
• Hands must be washed before entering the play area
• Nappy changing only in designated areas
• Cleanliness and hygiene are strictly maintained throughout

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online reservations. Payments can only be made by credit or debit card, and cash payments are not accepted for online transactions.
No. You can make your booking either through our official website or by visiting our store and speaking directly with a member of our team. Our staff will be happy to assist you and help arrange the most suitable date and time based on availability.
For written cancellation requests made more than 7 days before the event date, 80% of the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, no refund or date change will be possible.
Payment in the birthday package covers children only, and the refreshments are for children only. Each parent attending the birthday party is charged an additional per-person fee.
For hygiene, safety, and health reasons, outside food and drinks are not permitted within our premises. This policy helps us maintain our food safety standards and ensures the well-being of all our guests.
Yes, however, only birthday cakes for which the family has accepted full responsibility in writing are permitted. In such cases, a complete list of the cake’s ingredients and potential allergens must be provided to us in writing prior to the event.
Yes. For safety and security purposes, FUNLORD operates 24-hour CCTV monitoring throughout the entertainment centre.
Unfortunately, as we operate with limited capacity and scheduled bookings, we kindly ask guests to vacate the area after their party so that the next group can enjoy the same comfortable experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 🌸
