1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Funlord mobile application and related services (“App” or “Services”).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 18 years or older.
By registering, you confirm that:

Reservation participant information for minors may be entered solely by an adult account holder for booking purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

Ensuring your account details remain accurate
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Services Provided
The App enables users to:

Create and manage reservations

Add reservation participants
-
Purchase digital wallet credit (“Funpara” or “FP”)
-
Redeem FP for eligible in-store services and activities
-
View transaction history
All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.
5. Digital Wallet (Funpara – FP)
5.1 Nature of FP
FP is a digital wallet credit used exclusively within Funlord venues and services.
FP:

Has no cash value
-
Is non-transferable
-
Cannot be redeemed for cash
-
Is non-refundable unless required by law
5.2 Non-Refundable Policy
All wallet top-ups and FP purchases are final.
FP balances:

Are not refundable
-
Are not transferable
-
May be forfeited upon account deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or remove FP in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6. Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
By making a purchase, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the payment method

The payment details provided are accurate
7. Reservations and Venue Rules
Reservations are subject to:

Venue capacity

Safety policies

Age and participation requirements

On-site operational rules
Funlord reserves the right to:

Refuse entry for safety reasons

Modify or cancel bookings where necessary

Enforce venue rules and policies

8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes

Attempt to access systems without authorization

Interfere with App functionality

Engage in fraudulent transactions

Abuse promotions or wallet mechanisms
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:

For breach of these Terms

For fraudulent or suspicious activity

To comply with legal obligations
You may delete your account within the App.
Upon deletion:

Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

FP balance may be forfeited

Financial records may be retained as required by law
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, logos, designs, and materials within the App are the property of Creativetech Entertainment Limited or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The App is provided “as is”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
12. Changes to the Services or Terms

Update services or features

Discontinue features where necessary
Updated Terms will be published on our website.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
