Creativetech Entertainment Limited is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

• Reservation participant information (if provided)
3.2 Payment Information
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Only payment references are stored.

• App usage statistics
• Transaction history
• Location data (only if permission is granted)
4. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:
• Provide and maintain our services
• Process payments and reservations
• Manage in-app wallet (Funpara – FP)
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

We do not send marketing emails or SMS.
We do not use push notifications for advertising purposes.
Virtual wallet balances (Funpara – FP) are non-refundable and are deleted when the account is deleted.

The Funlord app is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration.
Reservation participant information for minors may be entered by an adult account holder solely for booking purposes.
